Previously, he served in a number of managerial positions, including Chief Financial Officer of PT General Motor Indonesia, Director of Finance of PT Reckit Benkiser Indonesia, Finance Manager at PT BAT Indonesia, and Executive Vice President Finance PT Garuda Indonesia.

Eddy Porwanto obtained Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lewis & Clark College, Portland, Oregon, USA and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois in Urbana, Campaign USA.

Mr Purba has 15 years experience within the mining industry and 7 years at Toka Tindung where his present role covers all Government, community and public relations services.  He previously worked for Newmont, Avocet and IMK in Indonesia.  Mr Purba is a Director of CoW companies PT Meares Soputan Mining and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya.

Mr Morrison gradated with a Bachelor of Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and has 18 years of broad-based experience principally in the South East Asian gold mining industry.  Mr Morrison was previously the Process Manager at the Chatree Gold Mine, Thailand, Operations Manager and Director of Aurora Mt Muro Gold Mine in Indonesia and Chief Metallurgist at the Porgera Gold Mine in PNG.  In addition to operations, Mr Morrison’s experience also includes numerous construction and plant commissioning activities on both new projects and expansions.
